I don't think it deserves even one star. I have never had problems with cashback. They had to refund me €26.81 of a purchase of almost €123 that had been denied by the store for no reason and having met all the purchase requirements. For me, a complete scam on their part. No complaints from me towards the Letyshops team who are trying to solve the problem. I will not buy in the store again.

Bad experience, after weeks of waiting, they changed me from almost €14 to less than €2. Tiendanimal is a total scam, they always have their coupons, therefore, they are not from "third parties". A fool to attract customers, xo come on what it does to you is not to buy again

I hope they publish some of the comments I leave. I used a coupon that offered tiendanimal for a €3 discount, my cashback was €5.78. A month later they changed my cashback for €0.48, when I complained they told me that it was for the €3 coupon I used. Total, that by saving me €3 with the coupon I have lost €5.78!!! Too bad for both parties! If I spend €40 in total they should give the cashback that touches, as if I spend €10 or €5! I don't understand what problem they have... That thing about returning money for purchases is not like that!

1 month after my purchase, my cashback has been modified for no reason and without explanation. A purchase of 45 euros (not counting VAT) of which they returned more than 13 euros, has been reduced to 4 so my cashback is now 1 euro!!!!
