Cashback hasn't worked for months. Or at least it never works when there is a supercashback offer. In my case, I placed an order for a value without VAT of +€300 and another order separately for €5.69 without VAT. The promotion in which I participated was 10% on the value without VAT of the purchase, with a maximum Cashback of €30. Therefore, I was entitled to a Cashback of €30 for the first order and another of €0.56/57 for the second order. After claiming and having to prove the purchases, I am approved a Cashback of €14 for the first order and €0.16 for the second order, so in my specific case, if I had known this, I would have bought the things on Amazon, where those same products were cheaper than on mediamarkt, and in the end it was more expensive, in addition to the headache of having to claim. If mediamarkt does not comply, you should remove it from your promotions, because I see that I am not the only one that happens to me.
