The status change occurs immediately after the store credits the reward.
The confirmation time is necessary for the store to deliver the order, process the information and transfer the data to our system.
Each store needs a different time for this process.
In order to inform our users when to expect the refund to be credited to the balance, we publish information on the average time (for some stores also maximum) for the refund on the page of each store.
