Purchases at EVA.UA with cashback in France

Thank you to the Letyshops team for the prompt processing of my request. I made purchases at EVA.UA... the cashback never appeared, although it seems that all the conditions of the store were fulfilled... This is not the first time such problems are related to EVA. However, the Letyshops team resolved the issue and credited the lost cashback. Thank you!

Don't buy anything from Eva! The store is "nice" until you return the item. They simply steal money, I have not been able to receive money for a refund for more than 1.5 months. Cashback was completely cancelled, although I sent back only one item from the order. Simply terrible!

Cashback appeared waiting for 15 minutes. after payment of the order. However, shopping in the EVA app is still trash. The application is constantly dull and hangs, it is completely unpleasant to buy in this online store!

Everything is fast, it's a nice store. But very often cashback is lost, out of 5 orders it was lost three times, but everything is found and the funds are returned.
