Oleg, cashback may not be recorded if the ordering algorithm was violated (for example, a promotional code was used, the product was in the basket before moving from the site, it took more than 1 hour to checkout). You can always apply for a lost cashback in the "My cashback" section. We always try to resolve the issue as loyally as possible :)
