With Lidl it's a lottery…. I do the same purchase process and sometimes you get the cashback and other times you don't…. I have a high amount pending... let's see what happens but it's not the first time it's happened to me. I don't think it's a letyshops problem, I've been using it for a long time. It happens to me with some stores still buying always doing the same steps.
