Purchases from the Canary Islands: although there is no VAT in the Canary Islands, the technical system of El Corte Ingles is made so that cashback is still credited for the purchase amount excluding VAT.
I find it shameful that from two purchases that I have made in neither of them the Cashback appears. The first time several weeks ago that I took advantage of the increase in Cashback, I sent a message to Letyshop but still they have not solved anything for me. And three days ago I bought again and again the Cashback does not appear. If they are not going to confirm the Cashback they remove the store, what they cannot provide is this service and not solve it.

If I had to rate the El Corte Inglés store, the rating would literally be zero, since their service is lousy: they never credited me for the cashback. Now, I give it a 4-star rating for the excellent service I have received from the LeyShops technical team. I got in touch with them explaining my problem, and after sending them a series of screenshots showing that I had actually made a purchase with this platform, they themselves credited me with the corresponding cashback. In short, very dissatisfied with El Corte Inglés; but really happy with the attention that LetyShops has given me :)

I made a purchase in early December 2020, taking advantage of the higher cashback in the toy department. The cashback is not credited to me and Letyshops increasingly puts longer deadlines to resolve the incident. Outrageous on both sides.

I made a purchase of more than 100 euros on one of the occasions in which they also increase the cashback you receive. For this reason I believe that the purchase was not correctly registered, although I was waiting for a reasonable time to see if the purchase would be registered as the days went by, as it is a season with a high purchase rate and also having the promotion activated . Once I verify that it is not assigned to me, I request a claim and my surprise is that they reject it claiming that the store does not admit claims, when in its profile it says that you can be up to 150 days waiting for the cashback. Unfortunately this service, not only do they not comply with the assignment after making the purchase but also provide confusing and misleading information and then ignore the problems.

After several weeks I am still waiting for the cashback. I have reported the incident to letyshops and I still do not have any kind of solution. I ordered through letyshops in addition to the fact that in other non-associated shops the product is cheaper ... a disappointment. I wish a response of the requested cashback soon please.

Totally disappointed shopping at this well known store. As always, another claim for cashback requested from letyshops and all of them are with multiplied cashback, I hope all the claims made will be solved because the proofs of the purchases are quite clear. The penalty of all is that you always have to complain in the same place and the problem is not solved. On the part of Letyshops a 10.
