The operator of the Citrus store, during the delivery of the goods, canceled my order and re-created a new one, which she immediately closed with the status "completed". The very same product had to wait at the checkout for about 40 minutes, such a service has never been met anywhere else. Judging by the reviews, it is a common practice of Citrus UA to cancel orders (placed on the site) and immediately create new ones in order not to pay cashback. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND Citrus UA. There are other sites with equipment and goods with absolutely better pricing and a normal approach to paying cashback.

Regarding Citrus - put 3 stars for the following reasons: - the average waiting period is 30 days and this was indicated immediately, after ordering and after one month of waiting, a clarification appeared regarding the maximum waiting period - 60 days. You - Citrus is a local partner and the terms, taking into account the possibility of a return according to the legislation, are extremely overstated. For obvious reasons, foreign partners allow themselves such terms !; - regarding orders and their accompaniment by Citrus leaves much to be desired. Unexpected situations in the store, which are resolved only through the involvement of managers; - well, the cashback itself, which becomes like a lottery ticket ... About 8 weeks of waiting with a fairly low partner rating and a lot of negative reviews, incl. and with similar situations. BUT confirmed!

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would do it. 2 purchases were made in Citrus, in less than 2 hours I took them from the store, giving the order numbers upon receipt. Everything seems to be OK, but it was not there. Upon arrival home, it turned out that in my personal account, one order (of a higher value) was canceled due to some kind of duplicate, although I did not order anything else. For this reason, the order was closed - as not fulfilled, although I, for my part, took it without suspecting anything. After talking with the operator on the hotline, I was told that I just bought my goods without pre-ordering in the store, although upon arrival in Citrus I gave 2 order numbers for which my purchases were issued to me. Next time I will shoot on my phone the receipt of an order from this store in Nizhny Novgorod. Judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one. Why do we need such Letyshops partners, who are engaged in a scammer, coming up with various muddy schemes because of which the end customer suffers. At the moment, the issue of crediting cashback from fly is being resolved. But I will not change the review in any case.
