We have no influence on the order in which the cashback is displayed. Unfortunately, we are unable to manually add a promotion for refunds that have already appeared in your account.

purchased twice or 3x with cashback x10. on different browsers, with products added to the basked only after clicking on a link. cashback not recorded at all. making a complaint makes no sense as it will be reviewed with regular casback, not increased

Come on, to get cashback you must have products from one category .. So when you buy a keyboard and mouse you will not get CashBack because different categories ..
