Good afternoon, I made a purchase for which a cashback of € 2.77 was generated, being confirmed by email by Letyshops. Later I confirm that I have received the item, but Letyshops only pay me € 0.78. And when I claim the rest of the money, they only give excuses not to pay the € 1.99. They are scammers!

We are sorry that you have such an opinion. When the order is pending, the cashback amount is not final. As you made the purchase of the category with 1% return while the refund was increased to 5 times, you received the cashback with the 5% return rate.
