And on the second - I waited a week for information (after the SMS "your order has been accepted for processing"), then I couldn’t resist, wrote BI "Do you have news on the order?" It turned out that the order was canceled, like me (although I did not cancel anything). This is the second time I come across the fact that when switching from a letter about an increased cashback, there is a problem with the cancellation of the order (by the client - that is, me - although I have not canceled anything). As a result, I refused to reorder, since there would not have been that cashback anyway. But now I think about what happens when an order with cashback. It seems that stores are specifically canceling so as not to pay cashback ...
