The support service ignores my messages - both email and Facebook, the online chat is constantly down. I can buy this phone for $10-20 cheaper. I just want my money back and I hope the letyshops administration will somehow help with this!

Never buy anything here, swindlers and thieves. They sell a Xiaomi Redmi 5 plus phone with a left-handed "Vietnamese" firmware, which turns it into a brick when updating, and at the same time they write Official Global ROM.

I came across a product on this site at a very tasty price. I got hooked. I registered, paid, and received a payment confirmation. I'm sitting and waiting. Three days later, the money is returned with a message like "payment has been rejected due to a possible risk, please try paying via PayPal." What the hell? That's the end of my acquaintance with this site. At least they returned the money quickly, because after reading the reviews, I realized that next time I'll first look at them and only then buy.
