I was faced with the fact that the order was "In the queue", and for this reason the cashback did not come, after sending all the receipts that the goods were paid for and received, the letyshop team resolved this request, but apparently to the detriment of themselves, since the declared interest was not coincided with the fact. I also recently made an order in this store and the situation was very interesting, neither in my personal account, nor on the page in letyshop, nothing was displayed, as if there was no order, but there was a transition to this site. I contacted support, the application was accepted and they wrote that they "sent a request to partners" waiting period of 6 weeks, in the end it lasted 2 months, three operators changed (thanks to them for their help), but again the cashback conditions do not match. But thanks for that, as they say. Good luck to the letyshop team and fewer such partners (it's easier to buy from them offline)
