After a call to Yandex.Market support, the girl said that yes, "your order was canceled unilaterally, please wait", they cannot reactivate the order, they only offered me to place a new order. The terms, of course, have drifted away, as well as the increased cashback, the promotion for which ended yesterday. No alternative was proposed to resolve the issue. I re-ordered in another, verified store.
