Purchases at Temu with cashback in Belgium
A user status (new/existing) is determined by Temu based on its own data and not by LetyShops.
The rate for a new Temu client only applies if the login is made for the very first time.
The rate does not apply:
- if a user logs in repeatedly to the same account;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same device that was used to log in previously;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same IP address that was used to log in previously.
All mentioned above applies even if an order has not been completed or an order placement process has not been initiated at all.
- for an order made via the store's mobile app;
- for a gift card purchase;
- if a gift card was redeemed to complete an order;
- if a coupon was used to complete an order;
- if an order is partially returned;
- if an order was altered (the goods within the order were swapped, added or deleted);
- if an order has not been delivered and the order value has already been refunded to a user.
In order not to lose your cashback, we recommend you to delete cookies in your browser before visiting the Temu website. You can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del to do that. Select the "All time" option. More information can be found here.
If a user makes several separate orders within 48 hours, the increased cashback may be applied to the first order that appears in the store's system.
The store can split orders so that the increased cashback is applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
Cashback is credited only for the actual amount of the payment, without taking into account any Temu coins/credits/bonus points used, any payment made from the store's internal wallet or with a gift card, or any other similar virtual payment method.
Cashback is credited only for the article's net value excluding the value-added tax, all other taxes and fees as well as additional costs for delivery and shipping.
The amount of cashback credited to your account balance may differ from the amount previously displayed. This is due to the difference in exchange rates between the store operating currency and your account currency, as well as the deduction of VAT and any other applicable fees from the amount shown as "Pending".

I don't recommend this store at all. I've never been approved for cashback, and on top of that, there are many very misleading ads, plus you waste a lot of time on roulette and other pointless things. If you want to get cheap stuff, it's better to do it through AliExpress; it's much safer and you don't waste as much time as you do here.

I don't know why they say that they don't get the cashback or it doesn't reflect what it should be, etc. because the reality is different. I've been buying here at Temu for quite some time together with Letyshops and although the cashback takes a little over two months to be credited, I haven't seen anything negative about it. There are people who don't know how to read, there are quite a few rules to follow in order to access the cashback and they don't always give the same percentage amounts. I highly recommend Letyshops because they have not only fulfilled my expectations here at Temu but also on different apps and pages. Honestly, the best savings experience with cashback!
I have continued making purchases at Temu, since I told them that I am not receiving the cashback, it has been 3 months ago, and I indicated that the steps I follow are: I open the Letyshops app, I search for Temu, I click on the go to the store button, I search for products and select and when I send them to the shopping cart and pay I do not receive the cashback or an email with cashback from the purchases, I regret that this is the case, I have never had cashback problems for a long time now nothing arrives, sometimes I think it is already an advertisement
