There was a temporary promotion on 09/01/2020 - 5% lasting only a few hours - spent working time placing an order, activated Cashback (application in the browser) - paid with Privat24 card. (The money was withdrawn) but the order was not displayed in the personal account! I decided to wait 14 days, so that there would not have been something that I bought and then returned the goods, but no, according to the law, after 14 days, the goods cannot be returned - the order in my account was not displayed. The order was a little less than 4k hryvnia, I wanted more, since the action was tempting. In summary: Average processing time - 8 weeks. Perhaps I will change my assessment, the issue will be resolved earlier.

Cashback was credited literally within 2 weeks. Three orders in one day. I was very pleased with the promptness of resolving issues by the service (one of the cashbacks was rejected due to the arrangement of two orders into one, but everything was decided and credited too). Special thanks to the store, for their patience (I probably called them 8 times in one day with clarifications) and for the work on weekends (I made an order on August 22, and wanted to assemble and run a PC over the weekend, everything was delivered the next day)

Telemart constantly makes cashback fraud. I made several orders, but the cashback did not appear. Although the fly extension says that the cashback is activated .. So it was after the last purchase. Letishops' support said that they would spend 6 weeks figuring out what was going on .. So, I do not recommend telemart in this regard .. And such a problem is with telemart.
