And even when he confirms the cashback, he accrues it not at the increased “burning cashback”, but at the standard rate, which is why you have to resolve the issue again through letishops support (up to 4 months). It's good that letishops support solves such issues in a relatively short time, about a month, while TeleMart UA itself is in no hurry to resolve such issues. There are no complaints about the quality of the goods, but since you have entered into an agreement with Letyshops, inform and check employees for honesty. I ordered a product for 5 items of exactly the same product with a cashback amount of 5000 rubles. The employee has split the order for 4 + 1 items. As a result, I got a cache for 1 position, the rest disappeared to no one knows where. Filed a dispute with letyshops - automatically canceled, aggravated - informed that they would understand and the answer from the store for 60 days. A week has passed since the exacerbation.
