In addition to all this, there is also a double conversion. Tried to contact support to find out in which currency to make the card so that there is no double conversion, but all in vain. And to issue a return is a complete horror.

It is interesting to know that cashback from purchases in the mobile application of this store is not accrued. Last time I made an order through the application, and everything was fine. Every time something is confused.

These are fraudsters, not an online store, I returned the product almost a month ago, the funds are not returned!!!! It's impossible to call, they don't respond to e-mail, Instagram, or Facebook!!!

For example: I ordered sneakers, on the website it is written that 30 cm is a size 47, the size 47 arrived, but it is 31 cm (which is indicated on the tag of the sneakers themselves). Now, I am forced to return these sneakers at my own expense. The genius answer of the manager in the messenger, after 3 days of waiting: we have a "universal grid" on our website (!!!). Now I've wasted my time, I'll lose money on shipping the sneakers, and I'll lose my cashback. By the way, my wife ordered a jacket for herself, the size arrived twice as large as stated.

I ordered a bag and a dress. The bag arrived all tattered. Made a return for everything. The money was returned only for the dress. I am writing to them for the bag. They answer that there was a refund for the dress, but for the bag they write the same thing. Wait... we will find out and write. But no one answered that what about the money for the bag! And he did not return the funds ... A month has already passed. Fraudsters (not only did they send the defect, but they also do not refund the money and the delivery back and forth is at my expense

It is impossible to contact the store, they don't answer, they don't notify anything, there were questions about returns, it's annoying. "-" Shop for shopping.

I ordered tommi sneakers, the increased cashback was credited immediately, but unfortunately, the shoes did not fit me and I sent them back. The courier picked up the package from the post office 2 weeks ago (14 days have passed!!!), but there was no response from the site, and there is no money either. The hotline is probably just disconnected, because it was not possible to get through for a day. I wrote on social media network, they are also silent! I wrote both to e-mail and through the feedback form - silence, no one answers! I don't know where to go to get my money back. And this is almost UAH 3,000!
