I read all the rules for the Cashback to be made effective and I only used the discount code from letishop, and it turns out that they deny me the Cashback. I open a dispute, and they tell me that there is an error and they don't give me the Cashback. It would have been cheaper for me to go to my store, even if Tienda Animal takes it home. It's useless to follow everything to the letter if in the end you end up losing. I give it one star, and I doubt I'll buy there again.

Who would have thought that having a discount for being a new customer would make Tiendanimal reject LetyShop's cashback? I chose it because I was going to get €4.5 back. And after receiving the product, almost 2 months later, I decided to make a request, and that's when I found out about this. To be clear, it's not LetyShop's fault. Looking at it another way, the next purchases I make, as they will no longer have a discount from the store itself, should receive the cashback (I hope). If so, I'll give it a few more stars...

We are very sorry about this. According to Tiendanimal's terms and conditions, cashback is not credited if you use coupons not provided by LetyShops or any store promotions. We recommend using only the codes published on our website to avoid losing cashback in the future.
Letyshops has given me a voucher. Tiendanimal has registered an order of €51.98 as one of €8.09 and they still haven't given me the cashback after the deadline. Not a recommended shop.
Hello, I was between 3 and 4 because it seems, from other comments and my experience, that this store tries to make you miss out on the cashback and if you don't claim it, then it's better for them (obviously, but it's a somewhat dubious policy...). In the end I gave it a 4 because when I claimed and let the months of waiting go by, they finally accepted the cashback and it was added to my account. Thank you Letyshops for these years of accumulated cashback and the extra discount in the stores :)

Be careful with this store, they offer you coupons that if you use them they reject the cashback, and the best of all is that you save less than if you used LetyShops to claim the cashback.
