Unfortunately, if you make purchases within the Temu app itself, cashback is not credited. After activating it, you will be redirected to the web version of the store. If your purchase was successful, you can claim the lost cashback by creating a request in the "Help" section.

According to the store's terms and conditions, the cashback for your Temu PO-186-13112811338790544 order will be credited before 17.05.2025 (this is the possible crediting deadline), although the refund is usually credited earlier.
They did give me cashback, yes. However, not the amount they promised. My order was €19, and the cashback was 100% because I was a new user. They lowered it to €17, then €15, and finally €14... something. I didn't understand why, to be honest.
