We ordered 3 times, 3 times they withdrew extra money or not sets or the entire order, they sent jam on the jar, it says 500g, but in fact, without a lid, the jar turned out to be 460... They take a long time to answer, there is no one to call at all, and they don't seem to care based on the answers, they pretend to be polite, but they don't really do anything. We will not buy from these freeloaders anymore, especially since the quality of the products is clearly worse than others, and with the price increase, there is no point in losing quality with such a minimal difference. I do not recommend myprotein to anyone
I used to order, the cache was already lit in an hour. The last 2 orders are nothing at all. I placed 1 order on Black Friday at 8%, but silence from the store, the support service credited 200 rubles. Either the store is no longer cooperating, or solve the problem.
