The next day they call from Allo, they say that I can pick up my order, although I picked it up the day before. Cashback did not appear at all, even with the "Pending" status, and there has never been such a problem with other stores. With the help of the Letyshops care service, this issue was quickly resolved, for which many thanks to them! As always, there are no complaints about the work of Letyshops, but I will not recommend this particular store, besides, judging by the reviews, many have such problems with orders.

I made an order via the Internet, picked it up at the store on the same day, but there the consultants placed my order as a new one (like I came to their store and just bought the product), and the order on the website was canceled. They receive more bonuses for this. Accordingly, the cashback has been canceled. The tech support hangs up on a request to figure it out. After raising the issue on social networks, representatives of the store contacted me and said that they could not do anything, the consultants were to blame, etc.
