The cashback status change occurs immediately after the store credits the reward. The time for crediting is necessary for the store to deliver the order, process information and transfer it to our system.
Each store takes a different time to complete this process. In order to inform our users when to expect the cashback to be credited to the balance, we have posted information on the average and maximum time for cashback crediting on the store page.
Also, for your convenience, in your personal account, you can see the maximum date for crediting cashback by order. To do this, simply hover your mouse over the question mark next to the "Pending" status.
