- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

Each store has a certain period during which order information is processed. The maximum waiting time for cashback in the Aliexpress store is 60 days. You can see the approximate confirmation date in your personal account on your own in the Orders and finance section by hovering your mouse over the question mark opposite the order status.
