I placed an order for various seedlings on September 2, 2024 for the amount of UAH 1,738. 03.09. the manager called. We talked about the order and it turned out that half of the order is not available. We agreed on what is available + additional positions (together with the manager, we increased the order in the process of communication), we will send it immediately, and everything else will be in a week. ok A week passed... silence. On 19.09, I call, and it turns out that 6 out of 7 items are available, and we are waiting for one strawberry item, which will be available one day... Of course, I say that it is already cold on the nose, which is already strawberries, we refuse it and send it as quickly as possible. I received the second part of the parcel on 21.09. The total amount of the order, excluding the rejected item, was 1286 + 1106, which is significantly more than UAH 1738, on which the cashback was accrued. Today, I also received a refusal of cashback for a snack. If I had known that there would be such a back and forth with the order, I would have refused from the very beginning. After all this, a very unpleasant residue remained. With this store, if I order something in the future, I will not play with subscriptions anymore. Summary: + A large selection, good packaging, good seedlings. - You buy a product that is not in stock. No tracking by the seller of the composition of the order from the point of view of seasonality of planting.

Aggressive marketing, annoying calls, pairing additional products, after changing the order, even with an increase in the cashback amount, they reject it. Indoor plants are of normal quality, but I will never order from here again.

I do not recommend this store to anyone. I ordered grape seedlings 5 years ago at the price of 150 to 700 UAH, and as a result I received cheap technical grapes of the same variety. It's the same with pears and peaches - they're all not the same variety that I ordered (it feels like they're selling some kind of junk). It is impossible to prove to this store, because they want to see their tag on the seedling after 3 years, but it fades in half a year, and if by some miracle the tag remains, then they claim that I copied it from their chic seedling to a seedling that I bought at the bazaar, and these are my problems. They called me back a few days later and informed me that not everything is available now (it was all displayed on the website as available), but everything will be in a week or two. Do you think they sent the order after two weeks? No! They called back and said that everything is there, except for pots for seedlings, which will arrive in a couple of days. A couple of days passed, and then more than a week and nothing appeared. Today (March 30) they called and informed that a large number of goods are missing from the order (that is, not only seedling pots, but also seedlings, a plant holder and much more). That is, either they lied about the availability earlier, or they brazenly sold out the goods from my order to others. This is extremely outrageous! I waited almost a month and as a result did not receive anything! If they had told me right away that there was nothing except seeds, then I would have ordered everything elsewhere a long time ago! I canceled the order, I will not order anything there again and I recommend others not to order. This Sharashkin office will feed you promises for months and delete your indignant comments on Facebook.

More adventures with the second package. After some time, the second parcel arrives, in which he ordered only products. I made the order through Ukrposhta because I wanted to save more. The parcel was taken from the post office by the wife, it would be better if she did not take it! Yes, the box was badly damaged, my wife checked the parcel in the department, but only in the middle of the box are there any damaged products themselves. No damaged products were found. But for some reason I forgot to check the number of units available. At home, during the inspection, one jar of sprats worth UAH 63 and 1 canned tuna in oil worth UAH 68.4 were missed. A total of 131.4 hryvnias were undercounted. Well, if they saw it in the branch, of course, the parcel would simply be returned. Here we cannot say for sure whether it was stolen at the post office or in the store, there is no evidence, it is our own fault. Of course, it is better to learn from other people's mistakes, so I personally advise everyone! Be sure to check for damage and the availability of the number of units at the post office itself. And again here is not without a surprise, in this parcel instead of one unit, two were steamed, namely mild Ketchup 250g, price 34.2 UAH. This time we ordered on the computer together with my wife, and I remember well, we ordered exactly that ketchup, only 1pc . Conclusion! That's why the cashback accrual is rejected! They actually change the price in the order without my consent. Another disadvantage is that when you place an order in the agro-market store, the status of the order is not displayed in your account until you receive the order. There is just an empty place, as if nothing had been ordered. Therefore, it is necessary to take a screenshot of the total cost when ordering while still on the website in the basket, if the price changes after confirmation, you can safely return the parcel. So, in general, 131 hryvnias were lost for reasons I do not understand, from the courier service and because from the store itself, I am not any better because of that. And 594 hryvnias of unaccounted cashback. In general, there is no order because of such unscrupulous people... Conclusion! Who breaks the rules? I am sure, if there is no human conscience, many such tricks can be built. So, the Letyshops service should pay attention to this and draw conclusions, because if you don't act, you yourself understand what it will lead to. Therefore, I hope that both the workers of the Agromarket store and ordinary customers who decided to place an order and receive cashback will hear from me. PS The parcel was taken away, after which they called several times a day for another three days to pick it up. Not to mention that parcels are not delivered very quickly.
