Super professionals, María M. assisted me and solved all my problems. I made a purchase at mediamarkt and when I was paying, the cashback issue was "bugged", it marked me 2.75% and then 10%, because letyshops was in charge of paying the remaining % up to that 10% out of pocket........ ....incredible management of these guys 10/10 highly recommended

I have been using the service for several years. There was a problem with incorrect write-off of funds for purchased products (as it turned out Privatbank wrote off from the hryvnia card funds converted at its own rate, which this "wonderful bank", of course, did not warn). At the same time, in response to my request to the manager, Lena Ibatullina (LetyShops) promptly (within a day!) Resolved my issue and the funds were reimbursed by the company, as there was no warning about possible double conversion on their website. In view of the above, I recommend the Ukrainian service LetyShops as modern, which meets the leading European standards, where they treat their users carefully and carefully.
