The worst online store that I use. I am only tempted by good discounts and when there is free home delivery by courier. On the plus side: everything is packed very carefully and neatly, even glass bottles, detergents, etc. From the minuses: • The site is buggy • The date of sending the order does not correspond to the planned one (neither on the website, nor those received in the confirmation letter). Once I waited for an already paid order for more than two weeks, until I started calling and writing to the contacts on the website • possible adjustment of the order or late submission, since they are not collected day-to-day, and sometimes not even every other day - you also need to write to get the money back • practically no cashback is accrued. Strange correspondence of order numbers on the website and in confirmations and receipts. Only 1 or 2 orders out of 7 are automatically confirmed on the service, the 2nd order is not displayed at all. For those orders where the check was open, but due to the large amount of MAUDAU spam, I delete the messages from Maudau in batches, as well as the incoming electronic checks. And honestly, I don't want to look for them anymore - one of the disputes has been open for more than 4 months. And it doesn't matter which bank's card you use to pay online or pay after payment upon receipt. Of course, the amounts are not very large, but still.. • a lot of spam in the mail

Maudau is the worst marketplace in Ukraine that I have ever dealt with. I don't remember ANY order in the last few years, when there were no technical failures. The site is inconvenient, everything is constantly buggy. It takes hours to prove all this to the service of care and control. Cashback is not confirmed every time and disputes have to be opened. Thanks to Letishops, they solve everything. The only advantage is discounts on individual items, but even they are not always attractive when compared to other stores. I do not recommend

In their personal account, in most cases, after payment, the status of unpaid does not change. complaints do not help - they do nothing for years. Accordingly, cashback is not automatically confirmed, you have to send a check and then wait for months. shame and shame, not a shop. I'm not talking about technical glitches

There were sometimes questions to the store (rather to the packers), but the operators worked well and solved all the questions, so I was satisfied. And now the conditions for calculating cashback are constantly changing, and currently they are such that it makes no sense to use letyshops, because any large order for free delivery (if their promotion does not include delivery) will be considered as a bulk order, and thus you violate the rules for calculating cashback. You can order the same product items in Silpo or Lyasilpo, just spend a little more time and get the same cashback.

I have been a regular customer of this store for more than two years and everything has always been fine, but they treated me very terribly, they did not put 12 pouches of animal feed in my order #2946405, I contacted them both on the website and on Viber, complete silence , I was forced to place an order a second time, because the feed is very urgently needed, they completely ignored it and I had to write to them again, they told me that this feed is no longer supplied, it’s great, but nothing that I already paid for it, the operator promised me that the feed would be delivered to me they will replace it, today I received the order, not only that there are 24 pouches of feed, what do they owe me for the first and second order, but only 10?????? I'm shocked!!!! What should I do now to file a complaint against you for fraud???? This is how you deal with regular customers. REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY FOR 14 pouches of Royal Canin!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maudau has completely messed up. For two days in a row, I tried to go to the site through Letyshops - the cashback did not load at all. Ok, decided to order directly, without cashback. It turned out to be authorized only on the second day. Ok, it happens. I ordered the product, paid immediately. The operator called back and said that the product is on sale and therefore only 3 pieces can be bought in one day. Not a word about it on the website. Wait for a refund from 1 to 11 days. This is trash. And the stupidest thing is that the price of the promotional product is UAH 62. That is, 3 pcs * 62 = UAH 186. Is it to order daily and pay UAH 100 for delivery? Why should I order here when I can buy the same thing for a little more at the nearest silpo and not have to worry about it all? Very dissatisfied.
