Upon arrival at the store, it turned out that there was a smartphone, but it was from the window and, according to manager Nikolay, had been in reserve since April (someone will be lucky!). Naturally, they did not buy the phone from the storefront. The manager offered to come tomorrow, by this time they will order and bring a new smartphone in a sealed box. The cover and glass for the second order were in stock. Both orders were paid in full and received receipts. The next day, I received a message that you can come to pick up your smartphone. Just in case, we made a test call to the "hot line" and, having called the order number, found out that the reserve for such an order was CANCELED, i.e. payment was taken from us for some newly placed order in a regular store, and, accordingly, cashback for this purchase will not be charged. Only some 499 UAH ... Nobody was going to inform about the fact that the online order was canceled and a new one was issued or the payment was made through a regular store. And the hard way began to find out the fate of the order and return the money. During the investigation, it was discovered that the online store Comfy UA and an ordinary store in the Tavria V shopping center, 30 Gagarina ave., Are two separately existing (according to managers) objects, which with questions of cashback to the store in the Tavria V shopping center - it was generally the first contact, and what is happening there in the online store, who cancels / re-orders orders, they do not know at all. I want to say right away that the money was returned, pending receipt, this operation was performed in this store flawlessly, unlike cashback, it probably happens much more often. But! 1. The surprise was spoiled - a smartphone was bought for a child at the end of elementary school. 2. Half of the day of Saturday (their only day off) was spent on clarification, travel, refunds. 3. Lost the opportunity to purchase with increased cashback (only until 25.05). And to the attention of https://letyshops.com - cashback for a purchase has been charged, and the hotline operator Comfy UA claims that nothing should be charged for a promotional product (a memory card as a gift) - the same information is needed somehow with the store clarify. And as a result: if you decide to make a purchase in Comfy UA through https://letyshops.com and get your cashback, immediately after placing an online order, START SHOUTING LOUDLY to all operators who contact you, to all store managers upon receipt of the goods - that you have registered through letyshops.com and you MUST LINK THE PAYMENT EXACTLY TO THE PREPARED ORDER. Otherwise, you will not receive cashback, and the terms of refunds will pass, and you will not be able to prove anything.
