And having a printer and a computer is a luxury in terms of energy consumption. When planning a vacation in such places, unfortunately, you should not count on cachback at all.

In case of loss or rejection of the cashback for the booking, we will not be able to find out the reason without a photo of the receipt issued by the hotel, which confirms the accommodation. A screenshot of a booking from a personal account or a bank statement is not considered.

My wife and I fell for an increased cashback of 20% in August, after 5 months we were asked for a receipt from the hotel for payment. The hotel told us (according to the booking number) that in this case the booking service made the payment, and they have a receipt for payment in electronic format, since the payment was online. They should have received it with 3k cashback, as a result, in TP they say sorry, we can't help without a check. AT LEAST A CHECK AT THE BOOKING SERVICE. DIVORCE.

Indeed, Booking.com will only consider applications if there is a receipt from the hotel. We tried to submit a request with screenshots that you attached, but did not receive a response from the service.
We tried to support with a bonus. We understand that this is not the amount you expected, but the maximum that we can compensate, because we ourselves have not received anything from our partners.
