We understand that the situation turned out to be unpleasant. If the order does not reach us for some reason, which we are trying to find out, we do not receive a reward from the store. That is, the store does not know at all that the user came to it through our service.
In your case, we submitted a request and a negative answer came. Regarding the delay in answering, I'm sorry. We expected an answer, without which we could not tell you the news.
Since we did not receive a reward from partners, we decided to pay half the cashback from our own funds. We understand that this is not the whole amount, but this is the maximum size of the cashback that we can provide in this situation.
