It is impossible to describe our indignation - on the date that is important for us, the date of delivery of the bouquet, proceedings begin and the resolution of issues that should have been resolved in advance - on the date of payment for the order. In their justification they wrote: “the company deals with live goods, the contract is formed including the day of delivery.” But a reliable company should have supply plans, reports on the remains of fresh flowers and timely accounting. flowers.ua does NOT have this! Although perhaps this is a tactic of such treatment to the flowers.ua client: people have an important date, they have nowhere to go on the date of delivery of the bouquet, so you can offer anything you want, replace some flowers with others in the bouquet, conduct proceedings, etc.... As a complete humiliation for what happened, flowers.ua offered a promotional code for an 11% discount on non-promotional goods - this despite the fact that we completely refused the order and were left absolutely disappointed in the work of flowers.ua. Why and why this is so is not at all clear. The second point is that CASHBACK DIDN’T APPEAR AS EXPECTED and was not registered, despite the fact that all the conditions for calculating cashback were met. To this flowers.ua responded: “to know the technical information before cashback in the summer shop, please, go to the technical service and let us know about your request, since our company will need additional and confirmation, then we will press them according to your request." . However, after registering the lost cashback in LetyShops, the flowers.ua company never gave them any data about the cashback. In general, no matter where you look, flowers.ua has the same mistakes!
