Cashback appeared waiting for 15 minutes. after payment of the order. However, shopping in the EVA app is still trash. The application is constantly dull and hangs, it is completely unpleasant to buy in this online store!

Everything is fast, it's a nice store. But very often cashback is lost, out of 5 orders it was lost three times, but everything is found and the funds are returned.

There are no complaints about the letyshop service at all, they respond very quickly and understand the situation. At the first order, the Eva store lost cashback (the order amount was 1200 UAH), now the second order and the cashback from Eva again do not appear, although all the transitions were in accordance with the rules. And in general, lately I don’t want to have anything to do with this store, because their negligence is going through the roof.

I made an order, the cashback was not credited automatically. I submitted the application manually, but "the cashback was not found, we are waiting." I bought it a second time later, it was automatically charged. I did it both times according to the rules.
