I have never encountered anything like this. This is not a service, but some kind of lawlessness. Always! I repeat, always! I make purchases with a transition from this service in quotation marks. On 11.11 out of 24 orders, pending cashback only appeared for 7 purchases. I wrote in the chat, they said there was a technical failure, they will figure it out and credit everything. More than two months have passed! They pocketed the money! They did not credit for friends on 11.11 either, although we made purchases while sitting on the same couch. May you be empty! Two days ago there was a purchase for almost 500 dollars! Where are the pending accruals!? They do not answer questions in the messenger! They ignore. People, do not even think of getting involved with these people, getting away with other people's pennies!
