On 11.11 out of 24 orders, pending cashback only appeared for 7 purchases. I wrote in the chat, they said there was a technical failure, they will figure it out and credit everything. More than two months have passed! They pocketed the money! They did not credit for friends on 11.11 either, although we made purchases while sitting on the same couch. May you be empty!
