Despite the large time interval, they brought in during the day, and not in the evening. A box with yellow paper husk, it was a little strange that the product was not between the two layers of this thing, but on top. Practical (no). The second order never appeared either in the list of active orders or in the archive on the store website. This time, fast delivery from the store took shape. When registering functionally indicated the time of receipt: from 9:00 to 15:00. The courier called after three hours, I did not have time to pick up the phone, then called again, but canceled the call. As a result, I myself called this number and asked why she had not delivered the order earlier. The answer followed: "Couriers are not told about time." Well, okay, I think ... They brought the parcel already at five in the afternoon, in the package “ZYa” there were two papers in addition to the product: my check and the delivery note for the courier. The time there, of course, was indicated. Cashback received through appeal. The third order is already at the end of the month. Cashback again through circulation. Again, third-party delivery, despite the congestion and the announcement of possible delays (on the website of the delivery service), arrived in the afternoon. In a small box with paper husk: cream in a jar upside down, on it a yellowed piece of paper with Russian text with the purpose and composition. The white lid of the jar remained white only in the places of the glued factory film, and for the rest with a thick layer of dust and dirt, it was washed (expiration date until May of next year). In addition to all this, my surname was incorrectly indicated on the site, I talked with the support service by mail for almost a month. Every day it’s fun to receive a letter “Data has been corrected”, go to the site and see the same thing that I saw yesterday and a week ago. Referred to a possible technical error. Yes, and do not care. I am writing this review and letting off steam, nevertheless I try to be objective. The site may be busy, there may be a lack of staff, but personally I had an idea to buy what I had wanted for a long time and enjoy the process. For those who are not in detail, the site is suitable. I will not order with delivery anymore, not for me.
