In order to receive the cashback, one should either activate cashback via extension before ordering or go to the shop website from our website.
As you yourself wrote to us in the inquiry, this was probably not done prior to ordering due to problems with your internet.
Without redirection, we will not receive any commission from the shop and therefore cannot credit cashback.
This is the reason for the rejection.
Please remember to activate the cashback in order to receive it.

If you cannot properly debug the system and agree with the stores, then remove them altogether, that people, then confuse and drag into the lottery. Всем привет. Не знаю, что случилось и как объяснить - кешбеки перестали приходить. Сначала кешбеки свыше 30 евро, а теперь вообще любые. Последний раз получил осенью, с осени 2019 делал еще окло 10 заказазов - все запросы на кешбек отклонены. То не было транзакции, хотя как ее не было блин если я перешел с сайта летишопс на сайт майпротеина, оплатил там все, уже съел свой заказ, а кешбек отклонен! в общем, я глубоко расстроен.
