I usually get credited quite quickly and it appears without any problems. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's true that sometimes (especially when there's a high cashback) it doesn't read my claim and I have to file a complaint which takes a few months to be processed.

For the first time, my complaint IS about Letyshops. The cashbacks are getting lower and lower, and the highest ones are offered at incredibly inconvenient times of the month. I'd almost say it seems designed to discourage purchases, but it doesn't make sense when they earn their money from the purchases we make. I'm so disappointed that I don't even do half of my shopping with Letyshops anymore.

The problem I have is when you have the Casa del Libro app. Purchases work the same as on the website, but you have to go to the website instead of using the app. The app offers several payment methods, such as PayPal, while on the website you can only use credit cards and another option. If they fix this so that Letyshops can be used with Casa del Libro from the app, as is the case with Moravia or AliExpress, then I'll give it 5 stars, although in my opinion, I'd give it 4.5 right now if it were possible.
