- if the item was added to the cart of your "Wish List" before activating cashback;
- any orders for which a dispute has been opened;
- any purchases of gift certificates, coupons, payment discounts;
- any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
- any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.

- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.

Letyshops support is great, they always decide the issue in favor of the customers. But AE is not great. Previously, when I opened a dispute, they always accrued a full cashback, but now they accrued a penny.

The cashback rate depends on the product category. This information can always be found on the store page.
Don't forget about the increased cashback during promotions. Usually this is a 2 or 3 times increased rate, which will speed up the accumulation on the balance sheet.
