I contacted the support service with my problem two days later and the support service replied to me after 4 days that they were heavily loaded, I was in no hurry - I said that I would wait, and yesterday, closer to midnight, they asked me to repeat the screenshots of the order. I sent them and today they send this message: "Unfortunately, Aliexpress did not transfer the reward for your orders. I can not say the exact reason, but this may be due to the large number of buyers on the day of the sale on Aliexpress." there were 212 bonuses and presented with tickets for the prize drawing. It is of course nice that although they were not completely left without compensation, it seems to me that it is necessary to resolve the issue with the Aliexpress trading platform, since the conditions for purchases on the trading platform are fulfilled according to their rules and the recommendations of LetyShops are also met. Indeed, information about the source of the referral might not have been recorded due to the large number of orders on the AliExpress platform.
