Unfortunately I made a purchase with the chrome extension and it seems that my cashback was not successful. I then tried using the app in this way I shouldn't have had any problems but even in this case the cashback was credited. I had to make a request for both cashbacks but I have to wait months before I understand if I have done the right operations to get it. Honestly I have used other services before and have never had all these problems. I do not know if I will try again with Lety as I am afraid of losing the cashback of all the purchases I am making ...

Shopping with cashback is a rather complicated process, all conditions must be met 100%.
When you buy using our extension, make sure that all third-party extensions except ours are disabled, add the products to the cart only after activating the refund. Any sponsored links to products can also result in the loss of cashback.
