Technical error showing up on Zalando Lounge. I wanted to buy something through LetyShops several times - unfortunately the basket does not appear. I reported an error and received the answer "this is how our platform works". Strange, because several times I managed to make a purchase through LetyShops on ZL. Total disapproval of the customer who loses the chance of cashback. Unfortunately, the idea of the application is great, but the approach to the client is very low. I am slowly moving away from LetyShops and stop recommending further.
