Absolutely rubbish! Do not buy anything from these scammers! In essence, the story is this: I ordered and paid for a new, packaged iPhone 17. The phone arrived, I picked it up. Already at home, after unpacking, removing the control stickers from the box and activating it, it turned out that the phone had been activated more than a month ago. Return procedure and tax losses: The next day I visited the store and applied for a refund. The sellers pretended that they knew absolutely nothing about the fact that the phone had been activated in advance. They returned the money to me, but they did it incorrectly: it was not credited to the card from which I made the payment, but to my account as an individual entrepreneur (FOP). Because of this mistake, I now have to pay the state about UAH 2,500 in taxes. In essence, they "earned" this UAH 2,500 in refunds on my own money. Attempts to contact the store to correct the incorrect crediting did not work. I was politely but firmly sent away. Conclusion: The phone turned out to be gray (brought from India and activated in advance, probably to evade taxes). The service is terrible. This store is a complete dump!
