Cashback was not charged - the plugin informed me that the cashback was active - as it would turn out to get cashback after the complaint - before placing the order, you must enter the Modivo store via the letyshop website, otherwise the cashaback will not be charged (despite the incorrect information shown by the letyshop plugin)
