In my opinion, everything was perfect, they returned my cashback and it was not rejected. I bought some Joy-Cons for €52.02 taking advantage of the VAT-free day. And the cashback was €6.50, which leaves me with €45.52. A bargain, considering the price they usually have. For my part, I will continue using LetyShops, thank you very much.

Estaba muy contenta con la tienda, tanto en la compra en tienda física como en la compra online. Hice un pedido online de 173,97€ y activé el Cashback, sin embargo, me lo han rechazado porque en las ISLAS CANARIAS no se aplica el Cashback. ¿Acaso mi dinero no es el mismo en la península que en Canarias? Muy contenta con el servicio y los productos, pero ver que me han retirado el CashBack es una gran decepción.

I'm grateful to Letyshops for crediting me with part of the cashback on several purchases I claimed (with screenshots of the purchase process showing that the cashback was active). But I don't think the way these people at Mediamark operate is normal. Never, and I mean never, has my purchase been registered. They tell me to remember how to activate the cashback, and so I do. I'm careful with all my purchases and have never had any problems. But Mediamark never registers these purchases. I think it's because the price of the purchases is high, and therefore the cashback is high too. Otherwise, I can't explain it.

I'm not giving it fewer stars because I can't. I made a purchase and they credited me with cashback, which was 7.5% that day. So far, so good. The problem was that two days later they lowered the price of the product, and when they refunded me that difference, they rejected the entire cashback. Furthermore, it doesn't even apply to the total purchase price, but only to the taxable amount. So, to find out how much they'll refund you, you have to divide the price shown on the website by 1.21 and multiply by the cashback percentage. They're a bunch of scoundrels.

Unfortunately, cashback is declined if the order is reissued without LetyShops' involvement. We've also stated on the store page that cashback is paid on the net value of the product, excluding VAT, all other taxes and fees, and any additional costs, such as delivery and shipping.

Unfortunately it has service to the Canary Islands but the cashback is not valid if you buy from the Canary Islands. As for what the product costs the same from the peninsular website and the Canary Islands website despite not having VAT but rather IGIC, we better not talk. because tremendous scam. If you can buy absolutely anywhere other than this one, do it.
