My first Cashback was great, in less than a month I had the money to withdraw.
I made a large order of just over € 71, taking advantage of the fact that the cashback had risen and was up to 26.4% .. and what is my surprise that when I see the amount of pending cashback, it does not even reach € 7. and it had to be more than double that in theory ... lookfantastic says it's a letyshops thing..letyshops that's a lookfantastic thing..typical of passing the buck to each other. To this day, that which is less than 10% is still pending ... and there are already several orders in which things happen ... one of decathlon that I have not seen a single € ... waiting for someone to say something after months ..another of my drug that is the same ... and now this one that appears pending money, but much less than it should ... in short ... that the months will pass and it will never be resolved in my favor as it should be ...

With Lookfantastic I always have problems, they never credit the amount that should be but in Letyshops they always solve it, they do the calculation and when the cashback is credited they always modify it so that it is the correct amount. This time (my second purchase through Letyshops), everything has gone as it should! Also super fast has given me that my cashback was pending (and I took advantage of an offer that increased the cashback x10).
I just placed an order on Lookfantastic for a large sum through Letyshop and the cashback that I am supposed to receive is less than one euro! being the percentage of return is 5.5% I do not understand anything, because in other stores, with lower amounts and the same percentage, they have returned much more. Anyway ... I'll keep it in mind if there's a next time. I await the order in the hope that there is no problem. I will leave the timely comment about it.

The cashback rate of this store depends on the categories of the products and if you are a new customer or not. The maximum rate you can get is 5%, but the store does not specify the categories, therefore we cannot know in advance how the refund will be calculated.

What is the great Lookfantastic store, I already bought before Letyshops, but what the FATAL cashback refers to! Automatic cashback is never done, you have to claim and sometimes not even like that! It doesn't matter if you first go to the Letyshops website and from here to Lookfantastic, or if you are in Lookfantastic and activate the cashback through the extension. It does not work!!!!!
