According to the store's terms and conditions if cashback for your order has not been added to your account with "Pending" status, you should create a corresponding request in your LetyShops account within 2 months after the purchase has been made.
Cashback is credited only for the article's net value excluding the value-added tax, all other taxes and fees as well as additional costs for delivery and shipping.
The amount of cashback credited to your account balance may differ from the amount previously displayed. This is due to the difference in exchange rates between the store operating currency and your account currency, as well as the deduction of VAT and any other applicable fees from the amount shown as "Pending".

Cashback is rejected by the store, not by our service. It does not happen without a reason.
We were able to find out from our partners that our affiliate link was overwritten during the purchase process and the payment was transferred to another entity.
It could have been affected by open plugins in the browser, leaving the page during the order, switching to other tabs. In such cases, unfortunately, we do not receive the remuneration from which the cashback is generated.
We tried to compensate as much as possible as a bonus. We expect that this will not happen again in the future.

Cashback for around PLN 100 lost. The complaint went - consideration up to 4 months. ONE BIG WORLD. We were shopping online on purpose to take advantage of the return, and here we will wait for the return. Pathetic.
