Unfortunately, I already make more purchases through letyshops and not only in this store and so far I have not received any refund :(. I begin to doubt this system of return on purchases, even a return for a friend's recommendation has been waiting for settlement for over a week :(.

If you had more orders for which there is no cashback, you can also create applications via a special form in the "Orders and Finance" section.

The shop itself is fine, the order is correct and I'm satisfied. However, when it comes to cashback, the problem is to get it. It didn't jump in as waiting at all, as if it wasn't there. I reported the matter, Letyshops looked for it for 10 days, it was not found and now I have to wait 8 weeks for the store to respond. This is a very long time, after which I should theoretically have my cashback already accounted for, and I don't really know if they will find it at all. Ezebra is the only store with this problem so far.

long waiting time for granting cashback, after the specified date, the cashback was rejected, even though I did not return my purchases and I enjoy them to this day. Letyshops service is also not able to cope with the situation, I am still sold ...
