I have to open disputes because the cashback does not appear, and last time I was finally happy because the cashback was calculated nicely, but after a month it was rejected, even though I did not return the products. I'm opening another dispute, but it's getting annoying.

Today I placed an order with increased cashback, which appeared in my waiting list very quickly after about an hour. Unfortunately, the standard cashback was charged and not what was in the x3 order. I checked the table for calculating returns in the Empik store, it is 1.25% and that's what I was charged and it should be 3.75%. This looks very unfavorable. You encourage customers with increased returns that are not realized. I give it two stars because the refund was received very quickly and I didn't have to write an additional report.

At the moment when Letyshops stated percentage of cashback as “up to 30%” I made a purchase and as pending cashback received only 7%. I feel this phrase “up to” misleading and want to see accurate amount of cashback next time.
