after 3 months they still haven't credited me with my Cashback for this reason I absolutely don't recommend this shop

To find the reason for the loss of your cashback and try to return it, we sent your request to the store representative.
The response may take approximately 16 weeks after the request has been sent to the store (you created it on 11/23/2023). If we get a positive response, we will definitely credit you the cashback.
My negative review is due to shipping. GLS is not new in returning the package to the sender despite having indicated a center indicated by themselves as the collection point. So after waiting 4 more days I am not confirmed that the package has returned to the sender. I hope to get my money back soon. I suggest to change shipper
I will never buy from this shop again. Cashback not recognized for reasons that could not be explained other than a nebulous "Lost Order" despite having sent all relevant documents in my possession. The goods arrived without accompanying DDT. I have sent photos of the products sent, the payment order and the order has remained LOST. Bad experience with both the store and the app.
