According to the store's terms and conditions any requests regarding the lost or rejected cashback should be applied within 90 days after the purchase has been made.
I do not recommend. I've already done 2 transactions and the cashback hasn't worked for any of them, so it's not a coincidence. Reporting to LetyShops does not make much sense, because they take several months to explain things. I will not be fooled more times.
There are quite a lot of reasons for the non-appearance of cashback. It may be a violation of the store's rules, the rules of making purchases with cashback, or a technical error.
The waiting time for a response from partners is 4 months. It is needed for the store to check the data on purchases and provide us with a commission for them.
