Booked several hotels on Booking.com. Cashback did not appear automatically. I wrote to the support service of Letyshops. At the request of the Letyshops employees, I sent confirmation of hotel reservation, confirmation of payment. But since Booking.com requires payment receipts to confirm the cashback, while Booking.com itself does not give electronic receipts (in case of paying for the hotel online), a closed situation turned out in which I received a refusal to confirm the cashback. It is a pity that Booking.com is not aimed at the client, it is unclear why then provide such a service that does not work….
Thanks to the Letyshops staff. They tried long and hard to solve my situation, unfortunately without success. As a bonus from Letyshops, I was partially compensated for the cashback. A trifle, but nice.
Conclusion: I will use the Letyshops service (pleased with the work), but unfortunately I will stop working with Booking.com.
